I contacted our Special Crime Services and a Crime Management System (CMS) Administrator for assistance with your request.  Following a search of their systems, they have provided me with the enclosed data and explanation of their search criteria/results.

Question 1

The South Yorkshire Police Anti Slavery Unit went live in May 2017.

Questions 2 & 3

Included is a count of offences recorded under the Modern Slavery act, recorded on the CMS crime register for 2015/16 & 2016/17, broken down by the Home Office Offence Class and Offence outcome.
