I contacted our Crime Management System (CMS) Administrator for assistance with your request. She has provided me with the enclosed data and the following explanation of her search criteria/results:

The following offences became crime recordable under the PROTECTION FROM HARASSMENT ACT 1997 Home Office offence class 8Q –Stalking on the 25-Nov-2012 therefore I have provided a count where such offences were recorded on the CMS) crime register between the commencement date and 30-Apr-2017.

- PURSUE COURSE OF CONDUCT IN BREACH OF SEC 1 (1) WHICH AMOUNTS TO STALKING

- STALKING INVOLVING FEAR OF VIOLENCE

- STALKING INVOLVING SERIOUS ALARM/DISTRESS

Of the above offences, I have also included a count of the offence outcome, if Charged.

I have also included a count of offences recorded under the 8L – Harassment & 8M - RACIALLY OR RELIGIOUSLY AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT (EXCLUDES OFFENCES UNDER 9B), recorded between 01-Jan-2012 and 30-Apr-2017 and of those offences, the number of offences charged. These offences are recorded under the PROTECTION FROM HARASSMENT ACT 1997.

And

A count of offences recorded under the 9A – PUBLIC FEAR ALARM OR DISTRESS (POA 1986 SECS 4,4A&5) & 9B RACIALLY OR RELIGIOUSLY AGGRAVATED PUBLIC FEAR ALARM OR DISTRESS, recorded between 01-Jan-2012 and 30-Apr-2017 and of those offences, the number of offences charged. These offences are recorded under the PUBLIC ORDER ACT 1986 & CRIME AND DISORDER ACT.
