Officers are appealing for information after a man reported having a high-value watch stolen in a taxi on a night out in Sheffield.
At around 3am on Sunday 21 April, it is reported that the victim got into Hackney carriage taxi on Division Street when two men asked if they could share the car back to Kiveton Park.
When the victim got out of the taxi in the Kiveton Park area of Sheffield at around 4am, he noticed that his Rolex watch (pictured) had been taken.
Officers are asking for the public to help them trace the two men who shared the victim’s taxi.
One man is described as Asian, mid to late 20's, average build with long dark hair and a beard. He is believed to have been wearing dark coloured jeans with a black top.
The second man is described as Asian, mid to late 20's, average build with dark hair that is longer on the top and short around the sides. He is believed to have been wearing grey tracksuit bottoms and a top with a motif.
Investigations are currently ongoing and officers would like to speak to anyone who has any information.
