Police appeal for information following robbery in Sheffield

Police in Sheffield are appealing for information following a robbery in Wincobank.

It is reported that at around 11.30pm on Friday (4 June) a man was attacked by two men as he walked along Walling Road towards Tyler Street.

The men stole £700 before fleeing on foot.

The first man was described as Asian, slim and aged between 18 and 20-years-old with short dark hair. He was wearing a cream tracksuit.

The second man was described as Arabic, slim and aged between 28 and 30-years-old with short dark hair.

Police want to hear from anyone with information that might help our officers in their investigation.  Were you in the area at the time? Did you see or hear anything suspicious? Do you know who might be responsible?
