Fatal collision in Doncaster – Did you see what happened?

Police are appealing for witnesses following a fatal collision in the Stainforth area of Doncaster this morning (Wednesday 10 October).

Just after midnight, a silver Ford Puma was travelling along Thorne Road, towards Stainforth, when for reasons unknown, it has collided with a wall outside of Holme Farm.

Emergency services attended but the driver of the car, a 36-year-old man, was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. His family have been informed and are being supported by officers.

Police want to hear from anyone who saw what happened or who saw the car prior to the collision occurring.
