Police in Sheffield are asking for your help to locate a van used by the RSPCA, after it was reported stolen this weekend.

Sometime overnight between 10pm on Friday 12 July and 6.40am on Saturday 13 July, it is reported that persons unknown forced entry to the RSPCA Animal Centre on Stadium Way, Sheffield.

Damage was caused to the gates and a large white Transit box-van, registration number ML58 XSJ, was taken.

The van has RSPCA stickers all over it, as well as a large image of a cat on one side and a dog on the other.

The van was paid for by charitable donations to the RSPCA.
